Bartenders prepare a variety of beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for guests. Successful candidates multitask while preparing beverages and create a friendly customer atmosphere. Works in both high-volume and refined settings, offering classic cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits. Possesses a strong knowledge of drink recipes and techniques, delivering quality service while interacting with guests in a polished manner. Able to handle a busy bar environment or more intimate settings, depending on the venue. • Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a wide variety of classic cocktails (e.g., margaritas, martinis, old-fashioneds, mules) and provide high-quality drink service., • Guest Interaction: Provide exceptional guest service, take orders, and recommend drinks tailored to guests' preferences., • Age Verification: Verify guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements., • Customer Experience: Maintain an engaging and friendly atmosphere while ensuring guests' needs are met., • Inventory Management: Keep bar inventory stocked, restock when necessary, and manage alcohol levels to prevent shortages during service., • Speed and Efficiency: Efficiently serve drinks during peak hours while maintaining high standards of quality., • Handling Difficult Guests: Recognize and manage intoxicated or disruptive guests according to company protocols., • POS System: Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system., • Compliance: Adhere to food safety, alcohol laws, and other industry-specific regulations., • Operations: Set up and break down event spaces as required by the venue., • Bar kit., • Previous work experience as a bartender., • Excellent knowledge in mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks., • Basic math and computer skills; POS system experience preferred., • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills., • A relevant training certificate may be required., • Understand and comply with food and beverage regulations.
