Job Summary Join Restaurant Associates a Cafe Manager, where you will ensure daily operational excellence in the cafe, provide outstanding guest service and supporting retail and marketing initiatives to drive our dining program. This position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule and many great benefits! Key Responsibilities: • Manages a team of hourly associates working to provide an outstanding dining experience for our customers and guests, • Works on the floor during our prime meal hours interacting with guests, problem solving and relationship building, • Participates in and leads employee meetings, reviews and development, • Ensures compliance with proper sanitation and cleaning standards, • Supports marketing initiatives to drive program usage, • Plans, markets and executes special events/promotions in the café, • Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: • At least 2 years of upscale food service experience, including some management experience, • Supervising, scheduling, training, management & coaching skills, • Operational knowledge of the cash handling procedures and operation of food service equipment, • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Restaurant Associates is a member of Compass Group USA Click here to Learn More about the Compass Story Compass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
