Job DescriptionSalary: $70,000 - $85,000 per year At iiCON Construction, were more than builders were problem solvers and partners in delivering high-quality commercial construction projects. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Construction Field/Office Engineer with 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction to join our operations team. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenges, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings strong technical skills to the table. Responsibilities: • Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications, • Utilize various software packages to process submittals and requests for information., • Utilize Bluebeam software to markup drawings and perform quantity takeoffs., • Understands how to compare drawing and specification requirements to products and drawings submitted by our trade partners so that these items can be submitted for design team and Owner approvals., • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and trade partners to solve project challenges., • Preference to candidates who can utilize AutoCAD and Revit to interpret and review design documents., • 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction (required)., • Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (preferred)., • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills., • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines., • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities., • Be part of a supportive, collaborative team., • Work on diverse, challenging commercial projects., • Opportunities for career growth and professional development., • Competitive salary and benefits package.
