Job DescriptionJob Title: Outside Sales Representative – Construction MaterialsLocation: Las Vegas, NevadaPosition Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are seeking a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and drive business growth within the construction materials industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a solid understanding of the construction sector. This role is responsible for developing new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving sales targets by promoting and selling a wide range of construction materials.Key Responsibilities • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with contractors, builders, developers, and other key decision-makers., • Maintain and grow existing customer accounts by providing excellent service and support., • Present and promote products to clients, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages., • Conduct site visits, attend industry events, and build relationships within the construction community., • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction., • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new products., • Collaborate with internal teams (inside sales, operations, logistics) to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment., • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.Qualifications, • 2+ years of outside sales experience (preferably in construction materials, building products, or related industry)., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets., • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships., • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently., • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.Preferred Qualifications, • Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry terminology., • Existing relationships with contractors, builders, or developers., • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.Compensation & Benefits, • Competitive base salary., • Company vehicle allowance., • Career growth opportunities within a growing company.
