Job Description Licensed Plumber- Warranty and Repair Purpose: As a Licensed Plumber- Warranty and Repair, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects. The ideal candidate is well organized, high attention to quality and detail, positive attitude, multi tasker, is a self starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills, computer literate, ability to complete assigned task on time in a fast -paced environment, ability to schedule repairs, order parts, close out repair tickets and customer focused. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects related to residential service calls. No upselling involved, • Speak with customers, homeowners, and builders in a professional manner, • Install, modify, inspect, repair, and maintain Plumbing pipes, fittings, fixtures, faucets, water heater equipment according to specification and building codes, • Take necessary corrective action to diagnose, fix, and repair problems, • Make decisions on the job site that best fix the issue to the highest quality and compliant with plumbing codes, • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, • Build and maintain project schedules and meet deadlines, • Document repairs, • Must have ability to work while standing, sitting, kneeling, or walking, • Requires bending, squatting, crawling, climbing or reaching, • Requires ability to lift, carry, push and pull medium weights, • Ability to produce high quality work, • Excellent communication skills to be used when working with builders, general contractors, and homeowners, • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures used in new construction residential plumbing applications, • Ability to follow directions, • High school diploma or equivalent, • Valid driver's license, • Good driving record, • Candidates hired will need to complete Drug test and DOT Physical for driving purposes, • Knowledge and use of Service Titan software is a plus, • Strong work ethic that you display daily, • Ability to work 6 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday and an occasional Saturday, • Work Hours could be extended based on the repair needed, • Ability to work on Call Rotation Why work for Kimbel Mechanical?
