The Role: Investor Relations & Marketing Associate CIG Communities is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This position will report to the Vice President of Investor Relations and plays a key, supportive role in the company’s efforts to grow and deploy capital through establishing and managing relationships with our current and prospective investor base. In addition to investor relations responsibilities, this role will contribute to the company’s marketing initiatives, including social media management, content development, and digital advertising for the corporate brand and individual properties. Responsibilities include, but not limited to: • Investor Research and Analysis – Conduct in-depth research on prospective institutional and high-net-worth investors, family offices, and other strategic partners to identify potential capital sources aligned with the firm's investment strategies. Research real estate investor conferences, industry events, and networking opportunities., • Investor Profile Briefings – Draft comprehensive investor profiles in preparation for leadership meetings which summarize key information, investment preferences, and potential synergies., • CRM Management – Maintain and update the firm's CRM system with accurate investor data, interactions, and pipeline progress. Create performance management reports on activity to ensure leading indicator benchmarks and anchor metrics are met., • Market Intelligence Support – Deliver reports that track market trends, competitive landscape, and investor preferences to inform capital fundraising strategies., • Communication and Content Support – Assist in the preparation of investor communications, including presentations, reports, fund updates, market insights, and investor newsletters. Partner with the marketing team on branded investor materials, email campaigns, digital assets, and website content., • Social Media Management – Help oversee and execute social media strategy for the corporate brand and all properties, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. Ensure all posts align with brand standards and support both marketing and investor relations objectives., • Digital Advertising Support – Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring select digital ad campaigns to promote brand awareness, events, and community lease-ups. Provide performance insights and recommendations for optimization., • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university., • 1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis/visualization, finance, real estate, marketing, or a related field, with an interest in real estate, capital fundraising, and/or investor relations., • Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information effectively., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as ability to design professional investor reports, documents, and presentations., • Experience with CRM software., • Familiarity with social media management tools and digital advertising platforms is a plus., • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail., • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment., • Competitive pay, • Great benefits and paid time off, • Real opportunities for career growth, • Supportive, team-oriented culture, • Innovative leadership that values your ideas Powered by JazzHR ppdsA4AFRu
