This person will help on job sites with the following tasks: • Carpentry, • Framing, • Drywall, • Painting, • Minor plumbing, • Minor electrical, • Doors / Windows, • Hang new doors, refinish, patch, repair & install hardware, • Drywall: patch, hang new sheets, tape, mud, skim & texture, • Tile installation (Walls, floors, backsplash, etc.), • Framing (Walls, niches, pony walls, etc.), • Painting (Interior), • Maintain accurate records on job completion Desired Skills & Experience • Ability and willingness to learn new skills, and computer programs, • Must have basic math skills, • Experience with hand tools and power equipment, • Ability to properly care for and use tools of trade, • Works well as part of a team, • Drywall texture matching is a must Physical Requirements • Prolonged periods of standing, climbing, bending, and kneeling, • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time, • Must be able to safely work with sharp tools or power equipment Schedule: • 8 hour shift, • Monday to Friday
