Key Responsibilities New Store Launch & Operational Build • Lead pre-opening operations planning: readiness checklists, timelines, vendor coordination, equipment/fixture coordination, and go-live execution., • Oversee daily store operations to optimize service, speed, accuracy, productivity, and cost control., • Own POS readiness: configuration support, testing, cashier workflows, returns/exchange rules, discounting/promo execution, and issue triage., • Partner with leadership/HR to staff the store; support workforce planning and scheduling for coverage and productivity., • Design and run training for store team members (customer experience, product knowledge, operational tasks, POS proficiency, safety)., • Serve as the operational project lead across stakeholders (Brand, Merchandising, IT/POS, Finance, HR, Facilities, Marketing) to deliver store capabilities and rollouts., • Track operational KPIs (labor, transactions, conversion, shrink, inventory accuracy, returns, customer feedback) and implement improvements based on data., • 5+ years of experience in retail store operations, store management, or retail operations roles., • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational procedures/policies and drive consistent execution., • Strong working knowledge of POS systems and front-end store processes (knowledge of Shopify preferred), • Experience with staffing, training, and scheduling in a retail environment., • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholder groups; strong communication and follow-through., • Analytical skills: able to interpret store metrics and translate them into practical action plans., • Experience supporting a new store opening or major store launch/reset., • Experience executing monthly floor sets., • Apparel retail experience (visual standards, merchandising collaboration, fitting room operations)., • Operational rigor (SOP mindset, attention to detail), • Bias for action, • Mindset of collaboration, • Project management and stakeholder alignment, • Training and enablement focus, • Continuous improvement orientation, • Competitive base salary., • Hybrid work schedule., • Company provided life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, and paid parental leave., • Health, vision, and dental insurance options with low employee contributions., • Commuter benefit plan., • Optional supplemental life insurance, pet insurance, and accident & critical illness insurance are offered at a group discount rate., • 401(k)., • Unlimited access to our award-winning online fitness and wellness program., • A great place to work, fast-paced, with terrific career growth.
