Flint Green Card Sponsorship Program • Flint partners directly with U.S. healthcare facilities to offer employer-sponsored green card opportunities for Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)., • We match qualified CNAs with full-time roles at reputable healthcare facilities across the United States., • From job placement through the immigration process, our team supports you step-by-step—so you can focus on delivering excellent patient care while building a stable future in the U.S. Key Responsibilities, • Provide direct patient care in accordance with individualized care plans and established clinical protocols, • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, feeding, toileting, dressing, and mobility, • Safely transfer, position, and ambulate patients using appropriate equipment and techniques, • Monitor patients’ physical and emotional condition and promptly report changes to nursing staff, • Accurately document patient care, observations, and vital information in electronic or paper medical records, • Support pediatric patients and their families with compassion, reassurance, and clear communication, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment, • Follow infection prevention and control policies, including proper use of PPE and aseptic techniques, • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure continuity of care, • Uphold patient rights, privacy, dignity, and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Qualifications & Experience, • Nursing Assistant certification (CNA), • Previous experience in a healthcare, hospital, clinic, or long-term care setting preferred, • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare procedures, • Understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and common patient care practices, • Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist patients with mobility (with or without assistive devices), • Familiarity with infection control standards and infectious disease protocols, • Knowledge of aseptic techniques and standard precautions, • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills, • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
