Job Description Position Summary: The HR Generalist is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations and providing support across a range of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role is critical in ensuring a positive employee experience and maintaining an efficient and legally compliant workplace. Key Responsibilities: • Administer employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientations and exit interviews., • Support recruitment efforts by posting job ads, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications., • Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality., • Assist in benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and employee inquiries., • Address employee questions and concerns regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs., • Provide guidance on employment law, company policies, and best practices to managers and employees., • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures., • Coordinate performance review processes and support employee development initiatives., • Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness efforts., • Participate in workplace investigations and help resolve employee relations issues., • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations., • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required., • 2+ years of experience in an HR generalist or similar role., • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (e.g., ADP, Paycom, BambooHR)., • PHR or SHRM-CP certification., • This position typically operates in an office setting., • May require occasional travel to other company locations or for recruitment eventsCompany DescriptionAlcohol and drug rehab at His House New Creation provides addiction treatment services for women and men in many different ways. Job Description Job Summary The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in the oversight of gym operations to ensure an exceptional Judgment Free member experience as well as a financially successful club. The Assistant Manager will be accountable for leading a team of employees in a positive, motivating manner with continuous assistance in employee training and development. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing team consisting of Member Service Representatives, Trainers and Custodians., • Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for all members, prospective members and guests and ensure team members follow superior customer service guidelines., • Team Management, • Schedule team members and ensure all shifts are covered., • Lead by example and maintain consistent accountability for direct reports by training and coaching, ensuring adherence to PFs values and goals., • Resolve team member issues or concerns., • Discuss team member disciplinary measures with General Manager/Area Manager, • Involved in all front desk related activities including:, • Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions., • Check members into the system., • New member sign-up., • Take prospective members on tours., • Facilitate all member requests, issues and questions., • Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym., • Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of facility including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning daily., • Ensure safety of employees, members and club property., • Determine and communicate equipment repair in a timely manner., • Manage marketing efforts by ensuring the team is aware and trained on all marketing promotions., • Authorize expenditures and refunds.
