Technical Responsibilities: • Preparing and analyzing of RFP documents, • Create designs and use graphics for A/E/C marketing documents, • Make effective proposal presentation, • Work with Project Managers to strategize and execute requests for proposals and qualifications., • Work with the team on interview preparation process., • Be responsive to requests, promptly coordinate assignments and understand the market types/projects., • Review, research, and strategize components and experienced with SF 254, SF 255, SF 330, and other forms., • Coordinate proposal schedules and action plans as part of the proposals process., • Develop proposal structure and creative content to meet requirements, • Utilize proposal management tools., • Ensure proposals follow all RFP criteria and requirements., • Coordinate graphics and images to help illustrate the proposal message., • 3-6 months experience in similar field is required, • BA or BS degree in technical writing, English, marketing, communications, or similar field is preferred, • Experience with Adobe CC (InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat) preferred General Qualities: • Has excellent Microsoft Word and Excel. Ability to navigate through company internet-based systems., • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task, • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, • Knowledge and experienced in graphic designing software’s KS Engineers, P.C. is an EOE/AA/VEV/Disabled Employer.
