Minimum of 5 years’ experience working with people with intellectual/developmental disabilities including individual support plan development, program monitoring, and behavioral plan development experience preferred in residential settings. A minimum of two years additional experience in a residential program. A minimum of 3 years supervisory/management experience in a residential program. Minimum 21 years of age as mandated by the Community Care Manual. Valid New Jersey Driver’s License Must have cleared I3 screen, Department of Human Services FBI Fingerprints, Central Registry and Child Abuse Registry. Skills: Strong written and oral skills.
