Job DescriptionElectrical Technician – 1st Shift Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–3:30pm (occasional Saturdays) Shift: 1st Shift Build Your Career With Us We’re hiring an Electrical Technician to support the wiring, assembly, and testing of industrial equipment. If you enjoy hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and growing your technical skills, you’ll thrive here. Experienced technicians and recent graduates are both welcome. What You’ll Do • Install power supply wiring, conduit, and unistrut, • Assemble and align cabinet frames, bases, and supporting structures, • Route and connect wiring between machines, • Read and follow electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, • Drill/tap holes and properly mount electrical components, • Cut, strip, bend, and route wire, cable, and conduit, • Make soldered and crimped electrical connections, • Troubleshoot and test electrical assemblies, • Assist with programming and diagnosing automated machineryWhat You Bring, • Ability to read electrical schematics/diagrams, • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills, • Hands‑on wiring or panel‑building experience, • Comfortable pulling, routing, and installing wire, • Preferred: Associate degree in Electrical or Electronic EngineeringBonus Skills (Not Required), • 5+ years electrical or industrial experience, • Manufacturing or production environment experience, • Knowledge of instrumentation or data acquisition, • Experience with hand tools, power tools, mechanical assembly, or conduit bendingWhy You’ll Love Working Here, • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, • 401(k) with 6% company match (after 60 days), • Paid vacation starting at 10 days (up to 25 days with tenure), • PTO, floating holidays, and 8 paid holidays, • Stable first‑shift hours for better work–life balance, • Long‑standing, well‑lit historic facility with a supportive team Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
