Job Description 1st shift Tuesday - Saturday. (Sunday and Monday off) Repairs and maintains machinery and equipment used in food production and in the buildings and grounds. This includes automated processing and sealing equipment, refrigeration coolers, conveyors, and frequency drives, PLC’s, scales, pumps, piping, pneumatics, electric control and lighting circuits and other equipment. Responsibilities 1. Must be able to read and use blueprints, schematics, maintenance manuals, hand tools, and various types of standard testing equipment., 2. Diagnose problems, replace and repair parts, detect and replace defective items, test and make final adjustments, 3. Dismantle, rebuild and reassemble machinery using hand and power tools., 4.
