Job Description Compensation: Pay is commensurate with experience and varies according to the location of the assignment. CCC Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to provide overall management, leadership, and direction for medium-size industrial construction projects—or multiple smaller projects. This role is responsible for project execution, client relationship management, financial performance, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The Project Manager will partner closely with Construction Managers, Superintendents, Estimating, Safety, Quality, Procurement, and Project Controls teams to lead all phases of the project lifecycle. This position requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to make decisions that directly impact project success and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities • Provide full management oversight for assigned projects, including planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and client communication., • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in alignment with company requirements., • Ensure all project activities remain within contractual scope and secure proper authorization for any change orders or additional work., • Monitor project performance through on-site leadership, ensuring work is executed safely, on schedule, and within budget., • Lead or participate in project and strategy meetings; represent the company professionally with clients and stakeholders., • Manage financial aspects of the project including revenue forecasting, equipment rentals, costs, and client billing., • Conduct bid reviews, evaluate bid/no-bid decisions, and participate in preconstruction activities including site visits and risk assessments., • Lead project planning phases—Project Execution Plan (PEP), Safety Plan, Quality Plan, Procurement Plan, baseline schedule, and project budget., • Facilitate team preparation for mobilization, kickoff, and field execution., • Oversee subcontractor procurement, material control, document control, and project communication plans., • Review and approve RFIs, change orders, invoices, timesheets, and cost updates., • Prepare monthly cost and revenue forecasts and participate in executive-level PCS meetings., • Track productivity, quality metrics, safety performance, and resolve issues promptly., • Conduct job closeout including lessons learned, procurement closeout, turnover documentation, personnel evaluations, and demobilization., • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; or an equivalent combination of technical training and experience., • Minimum of 10 years of comprehensive experience in industrial construction, project management, or related fields., • Strong understanding of construction processes, contract administration, design practices, and industry standards., • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and apply effective management techniques., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Proficiency in standard office and project management software., • Strong business acumen and financial management skills. Working Environment • Combination of office and field environments, including exposure to various weather conditions and industrial worksite elements., • Occasional travel and overnight stays may be required. Physical Requirements • Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs as needed., • Visual acuity to review printed and electronic documents., • Frequent use of motor vehicles.
