What You'll Do • Lead multiple electrical construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and high client satisfaction., • Drive planning and execution for commercial/industrial scopes (e.g., power distribution, lighting controls, fire alarm, telecom/low-voltage), coordinating self-perform crews and subcontractors., • Own project financials: estimates, buyouts, cost control, change orders, progress billings, and margin protection., • Manage RFIs, submittals, and technical reviews in collaboration with engineering/estimating., • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships - clients, GCs, vendors, and inspectors - grounded in the company's service-first culture., • Champion safety (OSHA/NECA guidelines), quality (QA/QC, torque logs, labeling), and compliance with NEC and local jurisdictions throughout execution., • Forecast labor, material, and equipment needs; ensure prefabrication, logistics, and field productivity align to schedule., • 5-10+ years of electrical construction project management experience (commercial/industrial), with demonstrated success delivering design-build or hard-bid work., • Strong knowledge of electrical systems (power distribution, lighting control, fire alarm, telecom/low-voltage) and construction means/methods., • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., schedules, budgets, submittals) and Microsoft 365., • Familiarity with NEC, OSHA/Cal-OSHA (where applicable), and jurisdictional permitting/inspection processes; NECA/IBEW experience is a plus., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborative leadership skills., • Lead with integrity, prioritize safety, and enjoy mentoring teams., • Balance detail-oriented execution with proactive client service and problem solving., • Competitive compensation with performance incentives., • Medical/dental/vision benefits, PTO, and holidays., • Training, certifications, and clear pathways for advancement within a mission-driven organization. - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
