Job DescriptionOur technicians are eligible for an incentive program with potential earnings up to $800 monthly.Purpose: Independently performs advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer, as well as dealer-owned, turf equipment or other work as assigned by Supervisor. Responsibilities: • Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on consumer and commercial turf equipment as well as Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products, • Participates in service training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge, • Maintains current knowledge of John Deere and competitive products, • Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment, • Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion, • Follows all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments, • Completes all reports and forms and tasks required in conjunction with work assignments, including researching and requesting parts needed, • Accounts for all time and all material used in performing assigned duties according to dealership processes and business system, • Communicates professionally and effectively with manufacturers when needed, • May perform diagnosis and repair in the field, • May provide delivery services when needed, • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent experience required, • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience performing service repairs, • Skills: Ability to perform advanced repairs and maintenance using special tools and equipment following technical manual procedures, proficient oral and written communication skills, ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions, advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in the repair of turf equipment, • Provide tools needed to perform job duties (Specialty tools are owned and provided by dealership), • Excellent skills in operating vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes., • Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly, • Valid insurable driver’s license required, • Working Conditions: Ability to work extended/flexible hours that may include some scheduled Saturdays

Responsibilities The primary responsibility of this position is to read meters and record consumption of the water used, cleaning of meter boxes, and removal of vegetation impeding access to meters Position reports to the Customer Service Supervisor Perform manual work taking readings of meter dials and entering the read into a hand-held unit or laptop computer Perform general maintenance of meter boxes which may include cleaning sand and debris from box and removal of some vegetation to gain access to the meter box Walks or drives a vehicle along established routes to take readings of meter dials Report to billing department any problems such as damaged boxes or lids, obstructions to meter access, water in meter box, water leaks, and spinning dials on register Report to billing department any problems with dogs, bees, snakes or other wildlife which prevents access to meters Complete re-read service orders to verify readings In cases where consumption appears to be abnormal, and record possible reasons for the fluctuations Record and report any illegal usage to the billing department Follow all safety procedures, rules and regulations Utilize all safety equipment Performs work related to this job description as required to include special projects and provide assistance to our Division as needed Work is performed primarily outdoors Involves frequent interaction with people

The Medical Support Specialist (MSS) is responsible for performing routine medical and testing procedures under direct supervision of the treating clinician as well as supports in other areas of the facility as needed including registration and referral management. This role requires efficient and accurate delivery of one-on-one patient care while thriving in a fast-paced environment. The MSS ensures that every patient is treated the with quality clinical care and receives an excellent patient experience from welcoming, respectful, and skillful colleagues. Responsibilities • Perform Department of Transportation (DOT) and Non-DOT drug and alcohol testing, • Prepare patients for physical examinations, including taking vital signs and any required or requested ancillary testing including but not limited to vaccines and injections, phlebotomy, PFTs, audiogram testing and respirator fit testing, • Perform rapid screening tests (influenza, strep, mono, glucose, etc.), • Assist providers during examination and treatment, • Responsible for performing routine medical procedures as ordered by treating clinician as well as triaging emergent patients as needed, • Prepare and assist clinician with procedure set up and injury care, • Apply bandages, dressings and splints as ordered by the treating clinician, • Dispense medications and DME as ordered by the treating clinician in accordance with state regulations, • Complete quality assurance activities on equipment and medical devices as well as testing processes used in the center, • Maintain supplies, clean rooms and equipment, and stock exam rooms, • Maintain and operate all medical devices and equipment, including calibration and record keeping in accordance with current policy and procedures, • Notify supervisor immediately if equipment is not functioning properly, supplies are needed, or facility is not operating as expected, • In partnership with center leadership, assist with patient flow and volume, • Keep patients informed of expected wait times during all aspects of the center visit, • Responsible for clerical tasks in both the front and back office associated with patient care and proper record keeping, • Ensure accuracy in documentation, • Perform front office duties: greet patients, obtain authorization, check in/out, communicate wait times, answer multi-line telephone system, and distribute employer results/paperwork as needed, • Follow HIPAA guidelines and safety rules, • Attend center staff meetings or huddles as required, • Assist in maintaining a neat, clean, and orderly appearance throughout the facility Qualifications Education Level: Vocational/Technical/Business School • Customarily has at least six months or more of medical assistant experience, • Knowledge of medical procedures and medical terminology, • Working knowledge of occupational medicine requirements (state specific) preferred Job-Related Skills/Competencies • Concentra Core Competencies of Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility, • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions, • Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism, • The ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies, • Able to communicate both verbally and in writing in a clear, and professional manner, • Teamwork focus with peers and center leadership team; ability to maintain working relationship with all levels of colleagues, • Must participate in initial and ongoing training as required, • Obtain all certifications required of Medical Support Specialists including but not limited to Drug Screen Collection, Breath Alcohol Certification, Hair and Oral Fluids Collection, • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, Outlook and entry of data into various systems/applications
