Responsibilities: • Record and update daily production, shipping, and inventory information using Famous software., • Ensure the accuracy of entered data and promptly address any inconsistencies or errors., • Create detailed reports to support operational tracking and management decision-making., • Assist office personnel with general clerical tasks and administrative duties as needed., • Collaborate with team members to maintain smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines., • At least two years of experience in data entry or clerical roles., • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong computer skills., • Previous experience with Famous software is advantageous., • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities., • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines., • Strong typing skills and familiarity with invoice processing.
