Job Description We are seeking a Part-time Pediatric Dentist to join our team in Portland! Stunning state-of-the-art office with a solid patient base to ensure a full schedule. The ideal candidate for this position demonstrates a warm chairside manner, empathetic towards patients, works well with others, and has a heart for kids. Our associates have clinical autonomy, the ability to collaborate with other doctors, and a tenured support staff for a smooth office flow. About this position: What we offer: • Competitive compensation structure, • Examining patients' teeth and gums to diagnose and treat various oral health issues., • Utilizing X-rays and computer-generated imaging to assist with examinations., • Providing dental treatments to patients, including routine cleanings, extractions, dental fillings, cavity, and tooth decay treatments, teeth whitening, bonding, and applications of dental crowns, caps, and veneers., • Administering local anesthesia to patients as needed. We also provide in-office general anesthesia as needed., • Educating patients on good oral hygiene practices and advising them on proper aftercare following certain dental procedures., • Prescribing antibiotics and pain medications to patients as required., • Taking impressions of patients’ mouths for the fabrication of customized mouthguards and dentures., • Must have completed a Pediatric Dentistry Residency, • Active state Dental License in good standing (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment) Compensation: 2 days per week - average annual salary range $120,000 - $180,0004-5 days per week - average annual salary range $260,000 - $350,000
