Job Description Job Title: Enrollment Specialist Company Overview: SafeSplash Swim School is dedicated to providing high-quality swim instruction to children and adults in a safe and engaging environment. As a leader in the swim school industry, we prioritize water safety, skill development, and customer satisfaction. Job Summary: In the Enrollment Specialist position, sales and enrollment play a pivotal role in the success of SafeSplash Swim School Temple and Woodway by driving sales and taking ownership of the student enrollment processes. This position is responsible for driving growth through marketing, optimizing enrollment strategies, managing social media accounts, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Compensation: Hourly/ Non-Exempt Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am to 6pm with a one hour lunch Incentive Plan: Base (hourly or salary) is subject to sales ability & responsibility $5 bonus per enrollment. 11% of $45 Enrollment Fee Responsibilities: • Customer Relations:, • Greet and assist all students and families with a warm welcome., • Manage all incoming and outgoing leads via phone, email, social media. Call/text daily to ACNE leads to capture enrollment. Use cellphone/ email and Hubspot., • Conduct facility tours (communicate operations and curriculum knowledge), • Follow up on trials with new prospective students., • Welcome any customers that may arrive outside of operation hours., • Enrollment/ Registration:, • Work with the Owner/ General Manager to develop and implement strategies to attract new students and retain existing ones., • Oversee the enrollment process from initial inquiry to registration, ensuring a seamless customer experience., • Manage outbound and inbound customer communication. Call/text daily to ACNE leads to capture enrollment. Use cellphone/ email and Hubspot., • Monitor enrollment trends and adjust strategies to optimize conversion rates., • Be an expert with our enrollment process, schedule and payment system in iClassPro., • Customer Relationship Management:, • Build strong relationships with prospective and enrolled families to understand their needs and preferences., • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and transfer complaints promptly and effectively to the AGM, GM or owner., • Ensure a clean and well-organized lobby area., • Marketing and Social Media:, • Collaborate with the team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities., • Utilize market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth., • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the swim, education, recreation, or fitness industry., • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team., • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills., • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth., • Knowledge of CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)., • First Aid and CPR Trained
