All StationMD clinicians are board-certified and specially trained to treat individuals with I/DD. Clinicians are available 24/7 via telemedicine for urgent and non-urgent medical matters. In providing this suite of services, StationMD enables individuals with I/DD faster access to high-quality care and substantially reduces unnecessary medical costs. Position Summary The Salesforce Developer & Automation Engineer joins our RevOps team to ensure optimal performance of our Salesforce implementation and drive technological innovation across the organization. This role will begin with stabilizing and optimizing our Salesforce instance, then expand into broader automation and AI projects as the business grows. The position requires partnering closely with RevOps leadership to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions that improve efficiency across Sales, Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: In the role of Salesforce Developer & Automation Engineer, you will: • Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce solutions including Apex code, Flows, Lightning Web Components, APIs, and system integrations., • Ensure Salesforce data hygiene, scalability, and system reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance., • Manage Salesforce user administration including Permission Sets, Roles, Profiles, and security settings., • Oversee Salesforce Data Cloud and manage various data streams for optimal data flow., • Create, maintain, and manage comprehensive Salesforce reports and dashboards to support Growth, Operations, and Finance departments., • Develop and maintain technical documentation for all Salesforce customizations and integrations., • Explore, evaluate, and deploy automation solutions (RPA, Power Automate) and AI technologies (Einstein, Agentforce, Agentic AI, LLMs, etc) to streamline organizational workflows., • Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver user-friendly, intuitive solutions., • Provide data backup/restore, business continuity and disaster recovery support to ensure system uptime and data protection., • Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to end users across departments., • Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance., • Participate in strategic planning sessions to identify technology solutions that support business growth objectives., • Train team members on new Salesforce features and automated processes., • Monitor system performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance user experience and data accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field., • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with strong understanding of CRM architecture and best practices., • Salesforce certifications preferred (Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, or specialized certifications)., • Experience with Salesforce development tools including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL., • Proficiency in API integrations and middleware platforms., • Experience with automation tools such as RPA platforms, Power Automate, or similar workflow automation technologies., • Experience with data management, ETL processes, and database administration., • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills., • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders., • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability to work beyond Salesforce on emerging technology projects., • Detail-oriented mindset with focus on clean data, security protocols, and scalable system design., • Experience in healthcare technology or regulated industries, preferred., • Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
