You must love being on the turf, coaching with purpose, and helping athletes of all ages achieve their goals. Required Qualifications & Experience: • MUST: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or CPT certification, • CPR/AED/First Aid certified, • 2+ years of strength & conditioning or group training experience, • Athletic background, • Strong knowledge of strength & conditioning principles, • Experience coaching groups and/or personal training, • Ability to program for 1-on-1 clients, • Positive, high-energy, can-do attitudePreferred Qualifications & Experience:, • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field, • Local connections with schools, teams, or community organizationsKey Skills Required For Position:, • CHARACTER.
