Job Description The Director of Sports Performance, (DSP) will lead a team of Sports Performance Specialists, and is responsible for staff development, programming implementation, membership retention and establishing and maintaining the facility’s culture to ensure members receive exceptional sports training in a dynamic, fast-paced, fun environment. As Director of Sports Performance, your primary responsibility is to focus on member retention and/or renewal through outstanding training performance and communication.
