What Youll Do • As a Shift Supervisor, youll be the steady presence that keeps the shift running smoothly and the positive energy that keeps the team motivated. Youll:, • Lead each shift with confidence, clarity, and consistency, • Set the tone on the floor calm, upbeat, and solution-focused, • Work side-by-side with your team to hit service, sales, and quality goals, • Delegate tasks thoughtfully so everyone knows their role, • Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running efficiently, • Handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and warmth, • Ensure food safety, cash handling, and operational standards are always met, • Support training and help newer team members feel confident and capable, • Communicate clearly with management about whats working and what needs attention, • Be the connector bridging leadership expectations with the day-to-day energy of the team, • Youre not just running a shift youre protecting the experience.
