Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Concrete Sales Representative to lead sales efforts in a designated territory. This role focuses on high-value clients, strategic account growth, and mentoring junior sales staff. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the concrete or construction materials industry and a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and territory development. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and manage a portfolio of key accounts., • Identify and pursue new business opportunities., • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer presentations for complex projects., • Work closely with operations, dispatch, quality control, and logistics teams to ensure successful delivery and performance., • Provide technical guidance to clients regarding mix designs, specs, site logistics, and best practices., • Track and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategy., • Mentor and support junior sales representatives, assisting with deal structuring and customer relationship management., • 5+ years of sales experience in concrete, construction materials, or related industries., • Strong knowledge of concrete products, specifications, and application methods., • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills., • Proven ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals., • Familiarity with construction project timelines, bid processes, and job site operations., • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)., • Existing network of construction professionals within the territory.
