Job DescriptionBenefits: • Dental insurance, • Health insurance POSITION SUMMARY Catch-a-Fire Pizza is now hiring a full-time guest services team member. We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional who is responsible for ensuring that all guests have the highest quality experience possible. The Guest Services Department consists of multiple jobs, including: Host, Busser, Barback, and Runner. Part time hours are also available. This position will require working evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications • Customer Service ExperienceRequirements, • Excellent communication and customer service skills, • Being extremely accommodating and going the extra mile for our guests, • Dependable attendance and punctuality, • Ability to work with professionalism with all team members and guests at all times; professional appearance and demeanor, • Extremely knowledgeable about all menu items including food and beverage, features, special dietary needs and allergy information, • Must be able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced environment and consistently uphold very high standards, • Technology aptitude for working with POS and digital register; Ability to handle payments accurately and responsibly, • Must be able to maintain a positive attitude at all times and demonstrate teamwork, • Be a Brand Ambassador! Promote Catch-a-Fires goals and company culture; follow company policies & procedures, • Greeting all guests immediately and helping guests find seats in the dining and bar areas as needed, • Escorting guests to their seats in the dining areas and suggesting seating in the bar area as needed, • Taking carryout orders in person and over the phone; taking payments with speed and accuracy; responding in a proactive and friendly manner to any guest concerns to ensure outstanding satisfaction, • Checking out carryout customers by locating and coordinating orders, • Being extremely knowledgeable about our menu; answering guests questions, providing outstanding customer service and making recommendations, • Running and serving food/beverages to guests in a professional and timely manner, • Bussing all areas of the restaurant in a professional and timely manner, • Understanding our online ordering system, and being knowledgeable regarding information such as hours, directions, menus, general operations, etc., • Completing opening and closing duties to allow for a successful service (cleaning, organizing, restocking), • Completing side work duties, including polishing glassware and silverware, cleaning floors, sanitizing tables, bussing and maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant space, • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance, • 401(k) Plan with excellent company match, • Paid Time Off, • Staff Meal Discount + Additional Discounts, • Ongoing Career Development, • Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, • Ability to frequently talk, hear, taste and smell, • Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus, • Able to carry trays and move items weighing up to 30 pounds and able to stand for 8 consecutive hours.
