Position: Restaurant Assistant General Manager Role Summary The Restaurant Assistant General Manager is a key leadership position responsible for collaborating with the General Manager to drive the restaurant's success. You will directly influence the guest experience by ensuring your team consistently delivers outstanding food and service. Core responsibilities include organizing daily operations, managing team resources, and upholding our values of dignity, respect, honesty, and integrity. This role is instrumental in maintaining product quality, achieving operational standards, and fostering an extraordinary atmosphere for both guests and team members. Key Responsibilities • Work alongside the General Manager to oversee all facets of restaurant operations, ensuring seamless daily service., • Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment., • Manage team member scheduling, training, and development to ensure optimal staffing levels and adherence to labor cost targets., • Uphold and enforce company standards for product quality, service speed, and guest satisfaction., • Assist in analyzing the restaurant's P&L statements to identify opportunities for financial improvement and operational efficiency., • Serve as a role model for our core values, ensuring every team member and guest is treated with respect and professionalism. Qualifications • A minimum of two years of progressive restaurant management experience, preferably in a high-volume, fast-paced environment., • Demonstrated ability to interpret and act upon restaurant P&L statements to drive profitability., • A genuine passion for mentoring and developing team members to help them achieve their full potential., • Proven track record of providing consistent, reliable operational support and leadership., • Possess exceptional integrity, a strong work ethic, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
