Job DescriptionBenefits: • 401(k) matching, • Bonus based on performance, • Competitive salary, • Health insurance, • Opportunity for advancement, • Paid time off Benefits/Perks of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator • Careers Advancement Opportunities, • Flexible Scheduling (Monday - Thursday 9 AM - 5 PM), • Competitive Compensation, • Paid Holidays, • Paid Time Off, • Medical Benefits, with contribution by Doctor; includes Vision, • SIMPLE IRA Match, • Private General Dental Practice; not a part of Corporate Dentistry, • Voluntary benefits (long term disability, cancer insurance, etc) Responsibilities of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator • Greet and assist Patients with warmth and professionalism, • Coordinate treatment plans, appointments, and follow-ups, • Clearly explain procedures, insurance coverage, and payment options, • Work closely with our dental team to ensure a smooth and supportive experience, • Collaborate with Dentist, Patients, Families, and Healthcare staff, • Previous experience in Dental front office preferred, • Strong communication and organizational skills, • A team player with a positive attitude, • Compassionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, • Dental insurance verification for Patients before their scheduled appointments, • Maintain daily schedules, • Develop individualized care plans, • Educate patients on their Dental insurance options, • Take co-payments, • Reminder calls for Patients and their scheduled appointments, • Correspond with other Dental care professionals and medical officesQualifications of Dental Treatment Care Coordinator, • Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Care Coordinator or in a similar position is preferred, • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, • Ability to manage multiple projects or tasks and prioritize appropriately, • Ability to work in fast-paced situations and make sound decisions quickly, • Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of compassion, • Strong verbal and written communication skills, • Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred, but not required
