Wage / Hours: This position is a full-time, hourly, and non-exempt position. Job Duties / Responsibilities: Gather information and data about equipment being serviced. Diagnose system failures and issues, educate customer on findings, and offer recommendations for solutions. Navigate tablet software to understand previous history of customer and their equipment. Engage in client discussions professionally and politely to uncover their needs and works with their team leaders to address issues if beyond their knowledge base. Job Requirements / Skills: Confident and professional communication skills via phone and face to face interaction with homeowners. Experience with and able to navigate mobile devices (Apple products) with the ability to learn new software. Attention to detail when debriefing office or homeowner about your findings in the field. Service oriented and ability to interact with all customer service scenarios (positive and negative). Ability to empathize and work through challenging problem-solving situations. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. HVAC experience required for Service Technician, with additional training provided. Maintenance Technician does not require any HVAC experience. Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to be on your feet / knees for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in crawl spaces and attics for periods of time. -Must be able to work on ladders and drive a company vehicle.
