RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist customers with policy questions, changes, and service requests, • Provide a high level of customer care and professionalism in every interaction, • Follow up on leads and schedule appointments, • Maintain accurate and organized client records, • Support the team in daily operations and workflow, • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, • Positive attitude and willingness to learn, • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, • Team player with a strong work ethic, • Bilingual is a plusQUALIFICATIONS:, • Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred., • Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred., • Ability to effectively relate to a customer., • Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license required, • Active Florida 2-15 Life & Health license required, • Competitive hourly base pay, • Commission opportunities based on performance and licensing, • Activity bonuses, quote bonuses, and quarterly performance incentives, • Paid training and licensing supportThis role is designed for long-term growth within the agency, with clear opportunities to expand responsibilities and increase income over time.
