Responsibilities: • Process and verify invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policies., • Enter accounts payable data into the financial system and maintain organized records of all transactions., • Communicate with vendors to resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and inquiries in a professional manner., • Support month-end closing activities by reconciling accounts payable transactions and preparing reports as needed., • Other tasks as necessary.
