In-home appointments are scheduled and provided for you by our Inside Sales team. By helping customers review their security options on-site and move forward with a custom home security package designed by you, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped sales commissions based on how the homeowner decides to protect their home. Installation and Configuration: • Install Tonic & Versi POS hardware and software at customer locations., • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to POS systems, including hardware, software, and connectivity., • Train clients on using the POS system, ensuring they understand its functionality and features., • Conduct routine maintenance and updates to ensure system reliability., • Maintain detailed service records, including installation reports, repair logs, and client interactions. Qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: • Prior experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is highly valued., • Understanding restaurant workflows, point-of-sale systems, and kitchen operations is a plus., • Experience with POS systems, IT networks, and hardware troubleshooting., • High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail., • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
