Job DescriptionPosition Overview We are seeking a motivated, professional Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing medical spa team. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about aesthetics, patient care, and delivering a high-end client experience in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment. The RN will perform medical aesthetic treatments in accordance with South Carolina regulations, physician supervision requirements, and internal protocols, while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and customer service. Key Responsibilities Clinical & Treatment Duties Perform RN-authorized aesthetic treatments, which may include: • Microneedling, chemical peel and Hydrafacial treatments, • IV therapy, • Body sculpting with Emsculpt Neo, • Blood draws for client labs, • Conduct patient intake, assessments, and documentation, • Injectables (Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers) if trained and approved, • Educate patients on treatment plans, risks, benefits, and post-care instructions, • Ensure all treatments are performed within RN scope of practice and physician protocolsPatient Experience & Safety, • Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level client experience, • Monitor patients during and after treatments for safety and comfort, • Maintain accurate and compliant medical records, • Uphold infection control, safety, and cleanliness standardsOperations & Team Collaboration, • Work collaboratively with medical providers, estheticians, and front desk staff, • Follow scheduling, charting, and operational workflows, • Participate in ongoing training, education, and skill development, • Support promotional events, consultations, or client education initiatives as needed Qualifications Required • Prior experience in a medical spa, aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness setting, • Active South Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing, • Current BLS/CPR certification, • Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Professional appearance and demeanorPreferred, • Experience or training in injectables or aesthetic devices, • Sales-confidence and ability to educate patients on treatment options (no hard selling), • EMR/EHR experience (Zenoti or similar is a plus)Compensation & Benefits, • Competitive hourly compensation, • Performance-based incentives, • Employee discounts on services and products, • Training and professional development opportunities, • Supportive, team-oriented work environmentWork Environment, • Medical spa setting focused on aesthetics, wellness, and patient care, • Professional, positive, and client-centered culture, • Flexible scheduling options may be availableEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity.
