This role demands sharp communication and timing, strong plate presentation, and the ability to read and drive the line during high-volume service. These are full-time positions, and we’re seeking team players who show up with responsibility, stability, and a deep respect for the pace and rhythm of the line. While this position starts at the steam table, all line cooks are expected to learn every station—grill, sauté, fry, griddle, and tortilla—so they can step in wherever needed to support the team and ensure smooth service. Starting pay is $15/hour, with room to grow based on performance, reliability, and flexibility across stations.
