Key Responsibilities, • Maintain scheduled clinic hours and actively see patients as per the Service Agreement., • Collaborate with medical schools and residency training programs to foster learning and development., • Develop and implement assessment methods to enhance service quality., • Show availability during clinic hours and on-call periods as required for patient care., • Assist in the development and review of patient educational materials to enhance patient knowledge and engagement., • Supervise healthcare students assigned to the clinic, promoting a learning-friendly environment., • Participate in strategic planning for future clinical operations to ensure sustainable growth and improvement., • Design and maintain a clinical quality assurance program and establish diagnostic and treatment protocols., • Engage in the recruitment and retention process of providers and clinical staff, ensuring a skilled healthcare team., • Contribute to clinical research activities, including data analysis and publication submission., • Participate actively in the Performance Improvement Program for optimal patient outcomes., • Counsel patients on health, illness prevention, family planning, and primary preventative health services. Qualifications, • Board certified/eligible in Endocrinology., • Medical Doctor with current licensure and an active DEA registration., • Participation in Medicare, Medicaid, and other reimbursement programs., • BLS (CPR & AED) Certification required., • Proficiency in using Legacy Community Health's EPIC systems., • Previous experience in a community healthcare setting preferred., • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively., • Minimum of 2 years experience in the field, including fellowship training.
