Job DescriptionContracts Manager / Contracts Attorney (Part-Time Contract) Location: Remote (Anywhere in the U.S.) Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 15 hours per week Duration: 6+ Month Contract with strong potential for extension Compensation: $80-$140 per hour DOE Our client, a growing medical device company, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager or Contracts Attorney to support its legal department on a part-time contract basis. This role is ideal for a contracts professional with significant experience negotiating hospital and healthcare-related agreements within the medical device or healthcare industry. The successful candidate will be able to independently manage contract negotiations, exercise sound business judgment, and effectively resolve routine issues with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities • Review, draft, negotiate, and revise hospital and healthcare-related agreements., • Negotiate and manage:, • Hospital purchasing agreements, • Equipment placement agreements, • Evaluation agreements, • Product sales agreements, • Terms and Conditions, • Review and respond to contract redlines., • Negotiate key provisions including indemnification, limitation of liability, credentialing, and healthcare compliance terms., • Ensure contract language aligns with company standards and risk tolerance., • Draft, revise, and format contract documentation as needed., • Escalate unusual or high-risk issues to legal leadership when appropriate., • Collaborate with internal legal and business stakeholders to support ongoing contracting needs.
