This is a full-time, on-site role supporting attorneys in foreclosure, replevin, eviction, and related litigation matters. Why Consider This Opportunity • Competitive annual salary based on experience, • 401(k) retirement plan, • 401(k) employer matching, • Employer-sponsored medical, dental, and vision insurance, • Two weeks paid vacation per year, • PTO for six holidays, • Room for advancement and professional growth, • Collaborative and professional team environment Responsibilities • Facilitate and manage the input of client data into the firm’s case management system, • Review and audit input data to ensure compliance, completeness, and accuracy, • Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, • Handle replevin actions, including drafting pleadings, managing case timelines, and coordinating with law enforcement or court officers when applicable, • Assist with foreclosure and eviction case preparation and document management, • Manage electronic court filings (e-filing) in applicable jurisdictions, • Track deadlines, hearing dates, and court schedules to ensure compliance, • Assist with onboarding new clients and maintaining client files, • Respond to client inquiries and provide status updates on active matters, • Support attorneys with hearing preparation, trial preparation, and file organization, • Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with court rules, • Train new team members on internal processes and case management procedures, • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case progression Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree or Paralegal Certificate required, • 2+ years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal, • Experience in foreclosure, replevin, or eviction litigation preferred, • Demonstrated experience handling replevin actions, including drafting pleadings and managing timelines, • Proficiency in case management software, Microsoft Office, and electronic court filing systems, • Strong understanding of legal terminology, litigation procedures, and court rules, • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment, • Strong written and verbal communication skills, • Ability to interact with clients and team members with professionalism and courtesy, • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, • High level of organization and attention to detail, • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion, • Demonstrated commitment to professionalism and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic environment Work Environment • Full-time, on-site role, • Located in Montgomery, Ohio, • Fast-paced litigation practiceCompany DescriptionLitigation/Eviction support role in law firm handling cases throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.
