We are currently seeking a Traveling Lead Foreman to oversee and execute heavy commercial electrical projects across various industrial sites. While the job environments are industrial, the scopes of work typically involve straightforward but time-sensitive tasks. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives under pressure, works well with a team, and takes initiative to solve problems and drive results. Key Responsibilities • Lead a minimum crew of 4 (typically 2 licensed electricians and 2 apprentices) on each job site, • Manage project timelines, labor, and site coordination under strict deadlines, • Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, and electrical schematics, • Execute and oversee a range of electrical work including:, • Conduit and wiring installations, • Generator and UPS system installations, • Low- and medium-voltage systems, • Maintain daily communication with project managers and office staff, • Ensure strict compliance with safety standards and project specifications, • Provide clear and professional verbal and written communicationIdeal Candidate, • Proven experience leading larger-scale commercial or industrial electrical projects, • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in the field, • Desire and ability to work up to 60 hours per week, • Willingness to travel extensively; travel is a key requirement for this role, • Ability to work independently and lead a team with minimal supervision, • High level of accountability, reliability, and professionalismQualifications, • Journeyman Electrician License is a MUST, • 5+ years of field experience in electrical construction, • Prior leadership or foreman experience is strongly preferred, • Strong working knowledge of electrical codes, installation practices, and jobsite safety, • Proficiency with blueprint and schematic reading
