Executive & Organizational Administrative Support • Provide light executive administrative support (meeting prep, document coordination), • Support Board-related logistics as needed (materials, scheduling), • Maintain organized systems for files, calendars, and shared resources, • Assist with agency-wide scheduling and coordination needs, as appropriate5.
