Job Summary The Vice President of Business Systems will lead the strategic vision, architecture, and execution of all enterprise systems that power SiTime's global operations. Reporting to the Chief Digital Officer, this role is accountable for ensuring our business systems infrastructure enables operational excellence, data-driven decision making, and scalable growth as we continue to disrupt the semiconductor timing industry. Responsibilities: Enterprise Systems Leadership • Own the strategy, roadmap, and operational excellence of all enterprise business systems including ERP, CRM, PLM, SCM, HCM, and financial systems, • Drive digital transformation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve user experience, and enable business agility, • Lead the evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise applications, • Establish governance frameworks for system integrations, data flows, and process standardization across the organization, • Partner closely with the Data and AI leads to ensure enterprise systems architecture supports advanced analytics, machine learning initiatives, and AI-powered business insights, • Establish robust data pipelines between operational systems and the data/AI platform, • Define data governance standards that balance accessibility for AI/analytics with security and compliance requirements, • Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to ensure all business systems meet security, compliance, and performance standards, • Align on cloud strategy, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, • Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders on how technology can drive business outcomes, • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, • Lead business process optimization initiatives to eliminate inefficiencies and reduce manual effort, • Build a high-performing team of business systems professionals including architects, analysts, administrators, and project managers, • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer service excellence, • Develop and manage the business systems annual budget and multi-year investment plans, • Demonstrate ROI for technology investments and maintain cost optimization discipline, • Balance build vs. buy decisions to maximize business value Qualifications & Requirements: Experience & Background • 12+ years of progressive IT/business systems experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles, • Proven track record implementing and managing enterprise systems in technology companies; semiconductor or device manufacturing experience is a strong plus, • Experience leading systems integration during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, including due diligence assessment, system rationalization, and post-merger integration, • Deep expertise with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) with hands-on experience leading large-scale implementations and transformations, • Experience with CRM (Salesforce preferred), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), and modern SaaS business applications, • Understanding of modern cloud architectures, APIs, integration patterns, and data management best practices, • Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements (SOX, GDPR, etc.), and IT controls, • BS, MS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, • Experience with AI/ML platforms and their integration with enterprise systems, • Background in publicly traded companies with SOX compliance experience, • International/multi-site implementation experience Desired Characteristics & Attributes: Leadership & Interpersonal Skills • Executive presence with ability to influence and build consensus across all organizational levels, • Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences, • Strategic thinker who can also roll up sleeves and drive tactical execution, • Demonstrated success leading through organizational change and digital transformation, • Understanding of semiconductor industry dynamics, supply chain complexity, and global operations preferred, • Experience supporting high-growth public companies with strong financial rigor, • Ability to balance competing priorities and make decisions with incomplete information The actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
