Job Description Are you a people-person who thrives on creating positive first impressions and providing top-notch service? Our Keller Williams office is seeking a Director of First Impressions to be the welcoming face and voice of our market center. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys supporting a fast-paced real estate environment. Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly Responsibilities: • Serve as the first point of contact for agents, clients, and visitors, providing a warm and professional welcome., • Answer and direct incoming calls and emails promptly and accurately., • Maintain a tidy and professional office environment., • Support leadership, staff, and agents with administrative tasks as needed., • Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships., • Assist with event coordination and communication to ensure smooth operations., • Coordinate our Preferred Partners Program by communicating with and adding vendors to the program. Qualifications: • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal., • Excellent organizational and time management skills., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly., • Positive, professional, and approachable demeanor., • Previous administrative or customer service experience preferred.About Company Keller Williams Kansas City North is a strong and growing Kansas City real estate office with almost 400 agents.
