This role at Razorfish will serve as a member of Publicis Groupe's strategic internal agency, Constellation. Constellation serves as an internal-facing brand formed by a collective of Publicis Groupe agencies to address our client's creative, data, strategy, media, and technology requirements. Team members collaborate across agencies while functioning as sub-divisions within their respective brands to provide dedicated support for the client. By acting as a unified interface, Constellation eliminates operational silos and presents a single service entity and primary point of contact for the client. Overview The Associate Director, Strategy is a strategic leader who connects insight to impact. Sitting at the intersection of data, culture, creativity, and business ambition, you translate complexity into clear direction that teams can execute and clients can believe in. You turn research, behavioral data, and cultural intelligence into sharp strategic frameworks that define who to prioritize, what to say, and how to win. Equal parts analytical and narrative-driven, you craft stories that inspire action—grounded in evidence, but designed to move people. You connect disparate inputs, anticipate implications, and balance immediate performance needs with long-term brand growth. Your strength lies in dotcom and customer experience strategy. You think holistically about how audiences discover, navigate, convert, and return—bridging business objectives, customer insights, and digital capabilities to design seamless, conversion-driven, brand-aligned experiences. Responsibilities • Integrated Campaign & GTM Alignment, • Orchestrate integrated campaign and GTM strategies across Site, CRM, Social, Paid Media, and emerging platforms, aligning dotcom strategy with broader integrated campaigns, • Develop strategic and creative briefs grounded in journey insight and communication clarity, • Align brand, product, and performance objectives within cohesive campaign maps, • Ensure campaign messaging translates effectively into on-site experiences and conversion pathways, • Partner cross-functionally to ensure audience strategy pulls through into channel planning and activation, • CX & Dotcom Strategy Leadership, • Define and lead the web and mobile CX vision, • Map and optimize end-to-end journeys to drive conversion and lifetime value, • Identify funnel friction and growth opportunities, • Ensure seamless alignment between traffic drivers and on-site conversion, • Identify emerging CX and eCommerce innovations and best practices, • Partner with Creative to align site content with goals, • Site Optimization & Personalization, • Lead strategic direction for navigation, on-site messaging, content strategy, search, personalization, and checkout experiences, • Define site optimization and experimentation (navigation, personalization, search, checkout, content) in partnership with analytics, • Ensure customer-centric design principles inform feature development and enhancements, • Insights & Strategic Rationale, • Synthesize primary research, cultural signals, and behavioral analytics into actionable strategic frameworks, including actionable journey and experience frameworks, • Distill complex inputs into defined problems to solve and behaviors to shift, • Build strong logic trails connecting insight → experience → messaging → optimization → business impact, • Translate performance data into iterative improvements and scalable growth recommendations, • Leverage qualitative and quantitative research to inform decision-making, • Client & Cross-Functional Leadership, • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on CX and digital growth strategy, • Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders around journey priorities and experience design, • Partner with Creative, Media, CRM, Analytics, UX, and Product teams to ensure strategic alignment 7+ years in strategy roles within an agency, consultancy, or in-house marketing organization Demonstrated success developing integrated, cross-channel GTM strategies Proven experience leading CX and/or dotcom strategy to drive measurable digital and eCommerce growth Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate consumer insight into actionable strategy Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills with confidence presenting to VP–C-level stakeholders Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and influence senior decision-makers Entrepreneurial, change-agent mindset with curiosity for emerging tools, technologies, and evolving consumer behavior Additional Information The Power of One starts with our people!
