Position Summary We are seeking a passionate and organized Program Supervisor for our Salem location to oversee programs that intersect with Medicaid services, including housing case management, tenancy supports, and related care coordination. This role will supervise a team of frontline staff, ensure compliance with program standards, and collaborate with administrative staff to maintain documentation and billing procedures that align with Medicaid requirements. While Medicaid billing experience is preferred, it is not required. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a willingness to learn and grow in this space. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is excited to contribute to a growing program that supports vulnerable community members. Key Responsibilities • Supervise a team of case managers and housing navigators working within Medicaid-funded and other supportive service programs., • Ensure staff are meeting service delivery requirements and documentation standards, especially related to Medicaid and HRSN billing protocols., • Work closely with the administrative team to support quality assurance and Medicaid billing readiness, including ensuring accurate and timely documentation., • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and professional development support for staff., • Help develop program workflows and policies that meet both organizational goals and funder compliance standards., • Monitor caseloads and participant outcomes to support high-quality service delivery., • Act as a liaison with Coordinated Care Organizations (CCOs), Medicaid billing entities, and external partners as needed., • Support audit preparation, data reporting, and monitoring visits., • At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a nonprofit or healthcare setting, • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent experience), • At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a nonprofit or healthcare setting, • Experience with Medicaid programs, healthcare billing, HRSN, or supportive housing services preferred, • Ability to walk up and down stairs and stand for extended periods., • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and assist with light physical tasks (e.g., setting up tables/chairs)., • Competitive pay and benefits including medical, dental, and paid time off., • Opportunities for professional development, including training in trauma-informed care and housing-first strategies., • A collaborative work environment that values compassion, advocacy, and community impact.
