About the Role Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive first impression? Edina Plastic Surgery is looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Patient Coordinator to join our team in Edina, MN. As a key member of our front desk team, you’ll serve as both the first and last point of contact for patients—ensuring a seamless, compassionate, and high-quality experience from start to finish. What You’ll Do • Be the welcoming face and voice of the practice—greet patients in person, over the phone, via text, and through email, • Schedule consultations, procedures, and follow-ups accurately and efficiently, • Communicate with patients regarding procedures, pricing, and expectations, • Maintain and update patient records in our EMR system (Nextech), • Guide patients through new patient paperwork and intake processes, • Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy standards, • Provide thoughtful and timely follow-up to patient questions or concerns, • Collaborate with surgeons, providers, and staff to ensure exceptional service and support throughout the patient journey Qualifications: • College degree preferred but not required, • 3–5 years of experience in healthcare, customer service, or a related field, • Experience in a plastic surgery, cosmetic dermatology, or aesthetic medical setting is highly preferred, • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software (experience with Nextech EMR is a plus), • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal, • Professional, polished, and patient-centered demeanor You’ll Thrive in This Role If You Are... • Patient-focused – You genuinely care about helping others and go the extra mile to ensure a positive experience, • Tech-savvy – You’re comfortable using modern communication tools, scheduling systems, and EMRs, • Detail-oriented – You keep things organized, accurate, and on time, • Team-oriented – You enjoy collaborating and contributing to a positive, supportive work environment, • Adaptable – You stay calm under pressure and can adjust quickly to shifting priorities Why Work with Us?
