Showroom Manager — Luxury Kitchen & Bath (Downtown Chicago) Are you a design-savvy sales leader who loves building teams and closing business? We’re hiring a Showroom Manager to launch and lead a new luxury kitchen industry showroom in the heart of Chicago. You’ll own day-to-day operations, coach a high-performing sales team, and cultivate deep relationships with architects, interior designers, builders/remodelers, developers, and discerning homeowners. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads by example, thrives on the sales floor, and elevates client experience at every touchpoint. Your role in making an impact: Lead Sales & Team Performance • Mentor, and motivate the showroom sales team; set goals, coach to KPIs, and celebrate wins., • Maintain an active pipeline from first consult to final delivery; model best-in-class selling., • Track performance, deliver regular feedback, and identify training needs. Grow Trade & Client Relationships • Build and expand a network of high-value trade partners; drive repeat and referral business., • Execute proactive B2B outreach and follow-up using CRM and related tools., • Represent the brand at industry events, product presentations, and in-showroom activations. Run an Impeccable Showroom • Oversee daily operations: traffic flow, merchandising standards, and white-glove client service., • Ensure accurate selections, quotes, pricing, order tracking, and client updates (showroom ops software; HubSpot CRM)., • Partner closely with operations/fabrication/install teams to keep timelines tight and communication clear. Know the Market • Stay current on product lines, design trends, finishes, appliances, surfaces, and install methods., • Share insights to inform assortment, programming, and go-to-market strategy. What You Bring: • 5+ years in showroom, A&D, KBB, design/build sales; 2+ years team leadership preferred., • Proven record exceeding sales targets while managing/mentoring a team., • Deep understanding of luxury kitchen/appliances project workflows and client expectations., • Exceptional communication, organization, and follow-through., • Tech-comfortable: Microsoft Office, HubSpot (or similar CRM); familiarity with showroom/quoting tools (e.g., ActionFlow or equivalent) a plus., • Bachelor’s in Business, Design, Architecture, or related field is a plus. (On-site presence required.)
