Job Description Location: Overland Park, KS (Kansas City Metro) Employment Type: Full-time, In-Office Department: CX Salary: $90,000 - $110,000/year + equity We’re hiring for a strong and experienced Channel Experience Marketing Specialist who will be dedicated to executing cross-channel B2B marketing strategies and implementing mutually beneficial initiatives that support Steadily’s growth. You are part project manager, marketing coordinator, field marketer, and account manager. This role reports directly to the CMO. This is a full-time, in-office position based in Austin, TX. What You'll Do: * Campaign and comms execution: Support deployment of cross-channel B2B and automated account management marketing campaigns. * Co-marketing and enablement: Liaise with internal teams and stakeholders to execute campaign collateral in support of partner co-marketing and enablement initiatives. * Support customer lifecycle comms: Own QA, formatting, segmentation and optimization of lifecycle communications to B2B audiences. * Marketing copy and design: Assist in versioning and updating B2B marketing collateral and communications assets, including brochures, landing pages, webinar decks, social assets, etc for channel distribution. * Product marketing: Liaise with internal teams to understand upcoming product releases and build effective comms to support go-to-market strategy. * Promotional Items and Shipping Support for Events: Execute logistics for field marketing initiatives, including local meetups, industry events, and activations. * Performance measurement & optimization: Generate campaign reports and maintain dashboards to report on the effectiveness of tactics in-market. What You’ll Bring: * Experienced: 2-5 years of marketing or account management experience, working across different channels/brand strategies. * Anticipatory: Able to interpret and anticipate project needs and act confidently to execute. * Project Manager: A keen eye for detail with an emphasis on project management, timelines, and execution. * Digitally-Minded: Familiarity with marketing analytics and content key performance indicators. * Communicator: Comfortable with communicating key project timelines and requirements, and drafting marketing communications materials as needed. Job DescriptionJob Summary Senior Technical Support Analysts at GCS are expected to have and maintain a high level of technical competence over a very large range of products. They will be expected to learn new products and technologies quickly and constantly. In addition, they are expected to have top notch communication skills. This is not your typical corporate help desk. We support hundreds of organizations and thousands of end users in extremely variable environments Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Microsoft Azure and Office 365 Administration., • Provide remote technical support to customers calling for various technical issues., • Provide on-site technical support to customers as needed., • Must have flexible after-hours availability for implementation and deployment tasks., • Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 deployment and migration experience., • Windows Server and Desktop OS (all versions), • Familiarity with MacOS and Linux operating systems., • Common Desktop Applications (Office, etc.), • Familiarity with VOIP solutions, such as Ring Central, • Common Networking/Internet Services (DHCP, DNS, Domain Registration, etc.) · Experience supporting Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft SQL (all versions), • Experience managing server Backup applications (Datto, Veeam, Appassure/Rapid Recovery), • Virtualization Technologies (VMware vSphere and Hyper-V), • Basic Scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash, Python), • Standard Networking (Routing, Switching, Firewalls. Specifically: Meraki, Sonicwall, Cisco, and Dell), • Participate in after-hours support escalation rotation., • Must pass background screening., • Must be able to lift 20 lbs., • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively. Certifications: Preference is given to well certified individuals. Experience: 5+ years experience in a help desk or network support position. Education: Degrees are valued but not required. Job Description A Support Technician is someone who assists end users with technical support of desktop computers, applications, networks, and related technology. Support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems and peripherals within established standards and guidelines. Activities require interaction with application software and operating systems to diagnose and resolve unique, non-recurring problems. This position may also assist in the maintenance and testing of network servers and associated equipment.
