Job Description Position Type: Hybrid | Centennial, Colorado At Bailey’s Moving & Storage, we have spent over 70 years helping families and businesses move forward. Now, we are telling our story, and we need a creator who is ready to lead the charge. We are hiring a Video Content Creator & Brand Storyteller: part filmmaker, part digital creator, part community journalist. This is not a behind-the-scenes-only job. You will be front and center filming, interviewing, editing, and appearing on camera yourself — as you bring to life the people, moments, and lessons that define Bailey’s brand. If you are someone who is constantly capturing content, pitching ideas, and thinking “this would make a great video,” we want to talk to you. What You will Be Doing Content Creation & Storytelling • Own the video process from idea to final edit — no micromanaging here., • Film and edit both long-form stories (e.g., behind-the-scenes, customer journeys, brand explainers) and short-form content (e.g., Reels, TikTok’s, YouTube Shorts)., • Use AI-powered tools to streamline editing and repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form clips — fast., • Be willing to step in front of the camera — modeling the kind of energy and authenticity we want from others., • Constantly look for the next story: a great move, a powerful testimonial, a teachable moment., • Plan content with a creator’s mindset — not just what we do, but why it matters., • Work closely with the marketing team to align with brand goals (and bring your own ideas to the table)., • Get people excited about being on camera — help them feel confident, comfortable, and real., • Help shape and produce a growing company podcast, from recording to editing to publishing., • You create video with energy and emotion — even if it is just, you and a camera., • You know what makes content work online and how to structure a story people want to watch., • You are a confident communicator, both in how you direct others and how you present yourself., • You have edited enough to know how to move fast and still make it look good., • You are not afraid of AI — you embrace it to make better content faster (Descript, CapCut, Sora 2, Veo 3, Runway, etc.)., • You like pushing the boundaries of what one person can create — using tech to move faster without sacrificing story., • Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop (or equivalent), • CapCut, Descript, Runway, or other AI video platforms., • Cameras, lighting, and audio gear, • A portfolio or sample videos that show your creative range — does not have to be commercial work., • Some experience in filming and editing — whether that is freelance, school, content creation, or past jobs., • A curious mindset and willingness to jump into new situations with a camera and a smile., • You will shape how a 70+ year-old brand tells its story for the next generation., • Hybrid flexibility — work from home, on-site, and in-office., • Competitive salary and full benefits (health, dental, vision, 401k with match)., • A creative, collaborative culture where your ideas matter. Until It is Too Late” A quick, engaging list-style video (can be selfie-style, narrated, or voiced over clips)., 3. “Behind the Move” Film and narrate any ordinary task (packing a box, moving something across a room) as if you were showing behind-the-scenes of a movie adding drama, humor, or storytelling., 4. “Why You Should Never Let Your Friends Help You Move” A parody or skit-style video that taps into a common experience and subtly positions Bailey's Moving as the smarter option. Guidelines: • Length: 30–60 seconds, • Time Limit: No more than 60 minutes from idea to final edit., • Format: Any style — you can be on camera, behind it, or both, • Tools: Use whatever you are comfortable with (CapCut, Premiere, phone camera, etc.) What We Are Looking For: • Can you hook us in the first few seconds?, • Is the video clear and easy to follow?, • Did you make the most of the limited time?, • Can we see your personality or creative voice?
