Location: Canton, Ohio (In-person training, then remote option available) We are seeking a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) Dispatcher to join our growing team near Canton, Ohio. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dispatching experience, preferably within the NEMT industry. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and dispatch NEMT trips efficiently and accurately Ensure on-time performance and effective route planning Communicate with drivers and clients to resolve issues in real-time Monitor and update trip statuses using dispatching software Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare partners Requirements: Minimum 2 year of experience in dispatching (NEMT preferred) Experience with Routing Box software is a strong plus Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Must be available for in-person training in Canton, Ohio for the first few months, with the option to transition to a remote role afterward
