We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to join our pioneering health program for men. You will be responsible, cross train, and work in both the front and back office roles. Back Office: • Work with medical providers to deliver client centered, outcomes oriented care., • Build long-term, trusting relationships with clients and peers., • Provide medical services in line with Gameday standards and regulations., • Record vital signs, medical histories, and other relevant patient information., • Perform venipuncture, basic wound care, and administer medications and injections., • Operate Nano Entek/Frend machines to conduct patient testosterone and PSA level testing., • Assist in lab operations and ensure lab results are accurately recorded in patient charts., • Implement client self-management programs., • Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette., • Greet patients and provide a welcoming, supportive experience from check-in to check-out., • Schedule, book, and reschedule patient appointments while ensuring calendar accuracy., • Enter and update patient information in the CRM, spreadsheets, and other documents with accuracy., • Manage the POS system, including processing payments and reconciling transactions daily., • Clinical Knowledge: Understanding of current clinical principles and practices., • Collaborative Spirit: Ability to work well with the all team members., • Responsibility and Accountability: Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills., • Independence and Prioritization: Capability to work independently and manage workload effectively., • Professionalism: Treat all clients with kindness and act in accordance with Gameday's mission and policies., • Technical Skills: Proficiency in EMR and adherence to HIPAA protocols., • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; degree from an accredited college preferred., • Medical Assisting Program: Completion of a program accredited by CAAHEP or ABHES is strongly preferred., • Certification: Medical Assistant certification from AAMA, AMT, NHA, NAHP, or NCCT., • Life Support Certification: Basic Life Support Certification from AHA or ARC, and current CPR certification., • Competitive Salary: Based on experience., • Bonus Opportunities: Receive commissions based on performance of the business., • Continuing Education: Opportunities for professional development and growth.
