Job Description Marketing Coordinator Department: Marketing Location: In-person, West Valley City UT Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager The Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of Calyx Containers’ marketing strategy across campaigns, events, digital channels, content, and sales enablement. This role is responsible for helping turn marketing plans into organized, on-brand execution by coordinating timelines, managing deliverables, supporting trade shows and events, updating digital assets, and ensuring sales teams have the materials they need to win. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to keep projects moving, maintain brand consistency, and contribute to marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and energized by managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment. This person should be comfortable balancing creative work with executional discipline, whether that means helping launch a campaign, coordinating booth materials for a trade show, updating website content, organizing sample kits, or tracking performance metrics. They should be a strong communicator, a dependable project manager, and someone who takes initiative, follows through, and enjoys supporting both strategic marketing efforts and day-to-day operational needs. Primary Responsibilities Campaign Execution: • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and event channels, • Help manage campaign timelines, internal deliverables, approvals, and follow-up tasks, • Assist in planning and executing trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences, • Coordinate event logistics including timelines, shipping, booth materials, promotional items, registration, and on-site preparation, • Manage the creation, organization, and replenishment of event collateral and branded materials, • Support website updates, landing page revisions, and content uploads, • Assist with social media planning, content scheduling, and maintaining a consistent posting cadence, • Help coordinate marketing content including blogs, email copy, sales collateral, customer stories, and product support materials, • Help develop, organize, and maintain sales tools, collateral, presentations, and product support materials, • Coordinate the assembly, inventory, and distribution of product sample kits, • Maintain project trackers, marketing calendars, and asset libraries, • Coordinate with vendors, printers, freelancers, and other external partners as needed, • Assist with budget tracking, invoice collection, and purchase coordination for marketing-related expenses, • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, • 2 to 4 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or coordinator-level role, • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once, • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution, • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, • Experience with social media management, website content updates, and marketing coordination, • Experience supporting trade shows, events, or field marketing programs, • Familiarity with CRM and marketing platforms such as HubSpot or similar tools, • Experience working with creative vendors, printers, or promotional product suppliers, • Background in packaging, manufacturing, CPG, cannabis, or other highly regulated industries is a plus About Calyx Containers: Calyx Containers, a U.S.-based manufacturer, specializes in child-resistant cannabis packaging and labeling solutions across both rigid and flexible formats.
